Grant Stirling is passionate about creating innovative, high quality photography with an alive and edgy twist. Based in sunny Nelson for over 15 years he is a consummate professional who delights in exceeding all of his clients' expectations.

He specialises in Architecture, Marketing, Commercial Portraits, and Weddings. In addition to this, Stirling Images has an extensive stock library in association with New Zealand's leading outdoor stock library 'Hedgehog House'.

Faciltilies include a fully equipped, purpose built Studio with heated floor and full bathroom/changing room, adjacent to a Gallery and a spacious office with off street parking.

Grant is a competitive cyclist and 2010 NZ V4 road race champion. A lover of the great outdoors, his regular excursions into not just the native new zealand bush, but also abroad, gives Grant the opportunity to create stunning new imagery to add to the Stirling Images stock library.

When Grant is not in the studio, office, or on a shoot locally, you might find him hanging out of a helicopter over an oil rig in the Marlborough Sounds, or shooting a luxury charter boat deep in Southern Fiordland.

Grant is also BOSIET and HUET Certified- including Health & Safety, Fire, Marine & Aviation and Medical (a requirement for off shore Oil Rig Photography).
